I'm totally exhausted. Getting 6 hours or less of sleep each night of the conference is not a good idea. The eZone operates from 7:30 a.m. through 10:30 p.m. There are off-times during that range, but it's a lot of work to run.
After the eZone closes at night, Amy and I spend a good hour confirming that the workshops entries and surveys for the following day are accurate. While Kidology was given a list of locations, names, and the like weeks before the conference, there are always a ton of last minute changes involving location, cancellation, or additions. Luckily, the engineering of the INCM.org website allows for easy modification on the fly without the need of special software.
The attendance numbers here are very high, so the eZone has been in high demand almost consistently. That's a good thing overall, but leaves little time for other things... like posting installments in my "Live from Orlando" series. Today is the last full day of sessions and workshops. Everything wraps up late tomorrow morning.
