Review Overview: Jones Halloween 2006
Over the years, we've spent some time here on SteveandAmySly.com talking about the wacky, holiday flavors produced by those goofballs at Jones Soda Co. We're approaching Halloween time now, which means new flavors being added to their drink empire.

Twisting with tradition, rather than bottles these 4 flavors were only available in small 8 oz. cans. They had the benefit of location in that they weren't found in the beverage section, but instead the Halloween candy aisles. What Jones did in 2005 was roll out two new flavors for Halloween, Candy Corn and Caramel Apple, along with renaming two existing drinks as Scary Berry Lemonade and Strawberry S'lime. ![]() Candy Corn - 2005 (Source: JonesSoda.com) ![]() Caramel Apple - 2005 (Source: JonesSoda.com) ![]() Scary Berry Lemonade - 2005 (Source: JonesSoda.com) ![]() Strawberry S'lime - 2005 (Source: JonesSoda.com) As I missed out on these drinks last year, the takeaway I read was that Scary Berry Lemonade and Strawberry S'lime were pretty good, with Strawberry S'lime being a great strawberry/lime pop on its own merits. Candy Corn had a sweet butterscotch flavor and tasted pretty much like candy corn. Caramel Apple was the dud of the bunch, tasting poorly. ![]() Target offered exclusive "recipes" involving Jones Soda (Source: JonesSoda.com) ![]() Here's a closer look at this Halloween blend! (Source: JonesSoda.com) I'm happy to report that I'm on the case for Halloween 2006, as Jones once again has rolled out some special flavors for the holiday. This year, they have released 4 flavors in cans exclusively at Target (sold in 4 packs), as well as 3 other flavors in bottles (also sold in 4 packs). That's 7 new flavors to scare you into Jones goodness! ![]() ![]() Halloween Cans 2006 (Source: JonesSoda.com) ![]() Gruesome Grape - 2006 (Source: JonesSoda.com) ![]() Spider Cider - 2006 (Source: JonesSoda.com) ![]() Berried Alive - 2006 (Source: JonesSoda.com) ![]() Candy Corn - 2006 (Source: JonesSoda.com) ![]() Halloween Bottles 2006 (Source: JonesSoda.com) ![]() Creepy Cranberry - 2006 (Source: JonesSoda.com) ![]() Lemon Drop Dead - 2006 (Source: JonesSoda.com) ![]() Monster Mojito - 2006 (Source: JonesSoda.com) Here are all 7 Halloween 2006 SteveandAmySly.com reviews:
